Sir Jonathan Ive, British industrial designer, for 25 years until 2019 Apple chief designer and co-founder of LoveFrom.
Beginning of the co-operation starts when Ive contact Gilad Tiefenbrun, managing director of Linn, he explained great feeling for tunable with keen to purchase newest products. From that point Ive start collaborated with Linn on a 50th anniversary edition of its Sondek LP12 turntable.
I chose the Sondek LP12 because of its iconic and timeless design. Over five decades, its sleek, minimalistic style has remained relevant and stylish, balancing elegance and simplicity. The wooden plinth, available in different finishes, adds a warm yet modern touch that stands out. The attention to detail in its engineering is second to none. From the bearing to the tonearm, every aspect is precision-crafted to ensure incredibly stable and accurate playback, delivering the best sound quality. I also love the customization options. The LP12 allows for a wide range of finishes and upgrades, making it possible to personalize the turntable to suit my tastes. It’s not just high-performance audio gear but also a beautiful, functional piece of design. I will take all that into consideration when working on my project.
